Ali has been dancing at Fat City since November of 2005. (She and Erin have argued about which of the two suggested to the other that they try it out; each girl likes to take credit, but they've now agreed to disagree.) Soon after she began dancing, she jumped in with both feet, taking lessons and volunteering at Fat City on top of her busy school schedule. Ever since then, she has been a fixture at Fat City, happily taking on the shared title of Bartender at the busy Fat City Concession in addition to spending as much time as she can out on the dance floor. When Ali isn't taking part in every Charleston circle that starts up at Fat City, she's working at a local recreation centre or going out for coffee with friends - or researching online about something unknown, because that's what she does. For fun. Seriously. It is expected that, before long, her incessant quest for knowledge will lead her beyond the fabled Edge of the Internet, long held in legend as the dwelling-place of virtual serpents and ferocious e-monsters. But not to worry: all the seemingly trivial information she has gained will likely come in handy at that point. There must be something in there about fencing.
