TONIGHT: Friday, April 25

This month, Fat City Swing's theme night brings us to the Oscars! The paparazzi will greet you as you step onto the red carpet upon entering the Hall. Come prepared to pose and answer that age-old question: who are you wearing? The evening's dancing will be interspersed with our very first Fat City Academy Awards, otherwise known as the Omers, building towards the Favourite Lead and Favourite Follow awards, as nominated by YOU at last week's dance! The price, as usual, is $7, or $6 for students with valid ID. Bring your friends and dress to impress, even if you get changed after your grand entrance - remember, there's an award for Best Dressed as well! We look forward to seeing you there.

Brookswood Music 1st Annual Swing Night
Thursday, April 24th

Fat City Swing is partnering with Brookswood Secondary to bring you a fabulous night of live music and dance on Thursday, April 24th from 6:30-9:30pm at the Brookswood Secondary School (20902 37A Avenue, Langley). It all takes place in the small gym and cafeteria with the evening starting with a beginner Swing lesson from 7-8pm, followed by live and DJ'd music to take you through till the end. Added attractions include food and dessert tables and a silent auction. General admission is $7 in advance and $5 for students and can be purchased through the school office.
